5 years of Email battling and still Tunecore has rights to my music and name as I keep getting strikes on platforms and I had deleted all my music and cleared all distribution options. As of today, they still have a hold, and i am ready to seek legal council on this matter.
They also shut me out of my account as I was not able to log in and check the status. I repeated my stand on deleting my account via 4 years of emails...because they refuse to call you back to settle the matter... and kept saying they could not close my account due to incoming funds from sources. Impossible if distribution was terminated by me and all file deleted by me.
I would like to clear my music and my name, so I don't have to go down the horrible path of rebranding anything that is connected with Tunecore! I will fight to get my music and my name back. You can rest assured on that! And i can't even estimate money loss as i have no way to track what they have been doing under my nose!
So i put 100 dollars knowing it's probably more now! What a scam!!!

I closed my account one year ago with TuneCore due to the fact there is NO LIVE customer support, and it cost me more money to pay for fees to TuneCore than I was earning per month. They promised all this promotion for each artist.
I am the Artist RolCof, Singer, Songwriter and Co-Producer of all my music.
My Husband Alberto is a multi-award winning graphic designer in three countries, and is the creator of all my music videos.
For the last six months I have been working on my documentary titled "Seven Years Long Documentary" that includes interview of my older siblings and myself that covers the abuse when I was a child more than forty years ago. The documentary was set to go live for the premier on March 17th 2023 along with all the music including the title track of the documentary "Seven Years Long" music video.
Last week I uploaded my documentary using YouTube premium along with several songs and the music video Seven Years Long as well. YouTube prevented me from using my own music video, for which my husband created all the content of the video. To my amazement, TuneCore was still listing me the artist RolCof as (Licenses TuneCore (on behalf of RolCof).
One year after I terminated TuneCore service.
As I stated earlier, I canceled my TuneCore account more than one year ago. However, they have not removed their Licenses (TuneCore on behalf of RolCof) of my music video titled Seven Years Long.
For more than a week, I tried to reach a live person to correct this issue. I sent several request and emails.
I have lost money, had to cancel the streaming live video, and this has caused me a tremendous amount of anxiety. Furthermore, I have sent several messages to TuneCore's web address, yet not one answers.
As of today, TuneCore is still collecting funds as people watch the video, even though I canceled the account one year ago..

My music
I need to speak to someone in regards to my own music . I have my music on the platform before under another email address and now that it has been converted over to my email address.
I wanted to change it but all my music is taken down of course cause I waited for it to be taken down so I can re-upload it onto the platform but its very very difficult for me, I am the initial artist the writer. I did all the artwork everything and its been out for for some time now and I need to get all this issue resolved.
I had seven songs on here and because me and my team wanted a different direction and once I realize that tune core has the best option it was already too late for me to just change my email and it messed up everything for me so can you please give me a call at 786728**** . My artist name is Anaiyah sunshine

So I'm back in my account after an email battle. I have funds collected in there as it was supposed to not collect funds according to my clicking off everything.
Now I CANNOT withdraw because there pay service PAYONEER is not letting me open a new account, seems broken, and there is no other payment options to access. This is one big circle jerk and it's not enjoyable at all!
