I've emailed customer service 3 times, I've called and after a bunch of messages I get a dial tone or a busy signal. There is over $10,000 in my Tune Core account but can not withdraw any of the money.

I can't get a hold of them so what do I do now? There was an issue where I had some of my old records listed for download but Universal bought our A&M catalog. Universal took their money from my account after looking at our sales report.

The songs were taken down so no more sales of the Universal owned tracks. I have a lot of content that is owned by me and the sales continue but Tune Core will not respond to my requests, "Why can't I access my funds since Universal already took what they felt was theirs"

The same has happened to me? How can we bypass this.

Tunecore have no telephone number. They can't just keep our money!
