My song is out on iTunes and Apple Music, but very frustratingly, doesn't play. The content not authorised message comes up, and I've emailed about this without a reply.

This needs to be solved soon. I've checked various devices and the problem is still there. I need to know what is going on as I can't find the reason to this problem anywhere.

I've tried many things involving Apple Music and my Apple ID but this has nothing to do with my phone, rather, with just my song.

I am working with Apple at the moment to fix this, but despite them saying it's not TuneCore's problem, I am feeling very skeptical.

I really need a reply soon. I've been waiting for two days, and I hope things can be resolved very soon on iTunes and Apple Music.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
