1-day return on the support is a joke!! PERIOD!

They would not release project after a credit payment and to get the release to go live we had to pay for automator. Trying to get a refund for the forced payment was finally approved. The backlash from that now is the single is being rejected. They have become the worst.

Continuing to contact support has been no help.

Time is just going by on a project that was set to release on the 2nd of June.

Today is the 11th of June and the non- back and forth of communication is non-existent.

I am wondering how they are continuing to do business. But hey, we are just one of what I am sure are various unhappy customers.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Monetary Loss: $10.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Bad support.

Ive also been emailing them for the last week trying to get a metadata and I’m pissed because they’ve distributed all of my singles so far...... they almost never respond to email
